Dr. Xuemei Wang is the Director of Advanced Materials at PacMar Technologies.  As Director of Advanced Materials, Xuemei oversees and ensures the company’s Advanced Materials portfolio performance to meet customer and growth expectations as well as directing the Advanced Materials team and mentoring engineers.

 

Xuemei has 15 years of professional experience with 12 years working at Raytheon Technologies Research Center (formerly United Technologies Research Center) as a Senior Principal Investigator and also a Project Leader of the Pratt & Whitney Program leading the Materials, Structures and Manufacturing R&D portfolio and transforming research technologies to support gas turbine production; and 3 years working as a Customer Training Engineer at Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA Corporation, where she developed education production, and provided advanced training, technical support and analysis solutions to customers from worldwide.

 

Xuemei holds Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California at Los Angeles, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from Tsinghua University.
